Philemon Summary

Philemon is Apostle Paul's shortest letter in the Bible. It was written from prison asking Philemon to recieve his runaway servant back and to forgive and reconcile. Since the servant has converted to Christianity, Paul refers to him as: "a brother beloved".

With a single chapter of 25 verses, Philemon is among 5 books with only one chapter in the Bible along with Obadiah, 2 John, 3 John and Jude.
