Now the names of the twelve apostles are these; The first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son* of Zebedee, and John his brother;
Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son* of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus;
Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him.

\+w But|strong="G1161"\+w* \+w beware|strong="G4337"\+w* \+w of|strong="G0575"\+w* \+w men|strong="G0444"\+w*: \+w for|strong="G1063"\+w* \+w they will deliver|strong="G3860"\+w* \+w you|strong="G5209"\+w* \+w up to|strong="G1519"\+w* \+w the councils|strong="G4892"\+w*, \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w they will scourge|strong="G3146"\+w* \+w you|strong="G5209"\+w* \+w in|strong="G1722"\+w* \+w their|strong="G0846"\+w* \+w synagogues|strong="G4864"\+w*;*
\+w And|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w ye shall be brought|strong="G0071"\+w* \+w before|strong="G1909"\+w* \+w governors|strong="G2232"\+w* \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w kings|strong="G0935"\+w* \+w for|strong="G1752"\+w* \+w my|strong="G1700"\+w* \+w sake|strong="G1752"\+w*, \+w for|strong="G1519"\+w* \+w a testimony|strong="G3142"\+w* \+w against them|strong="G0846"\+w* \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w the Gentiles|strong="G1484"\+w*.*
\+w But|strong="G1161"\+w* \+w when|strong="G3752"\+w* \+w they deliver|strong="G3860"\+w* \+w you|strong="G5209"\+w* \+w up|strong="G3860"\+w*, \+w take|strong="G3309"\+w* \+w no|strong="G3361"\+w* \+w thought|strong="G3309"\+w* \+w how|strong="G4459"\+w* \+w or|strong="G2228"\+w* \+w what|strong="G5101"\+w* \+w ye shall speak|strong="G2980"\+w*: \+w for|strong="G1063"\+w* \+w it shall be given|strong="G1325"\+w* \+w you|strong="G5213"\+w* \+w in|strong="G1722"\+w* \+w that same|strong="G1565"\+w* \+w hour|strong="G5610"\+w* \+w what|strong="G5101"\+w* \+w ye shall speak|strong="G2980"\+w*.*

\+w And|strong="G1161"\+w* \+w the brother|strong="G0080"\+w* \+w shall deliver up|strong="G3860"\+w* \+w the brother|strong="G0080"\+w* \+w to|strong="G1519"\+w* \+w death|strong="G2288"\+w*, \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w the father|strong="G3962"\+w* \+w the child|strong="G5043"\+w*: \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w the children|strong="G5043"\+w* \+w shall rise up|strong="G1881"\+w* \+w against|strong="G1909"\+w* \+add their\+add* \+w parents|strong="G1118"\+w*, \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w cause|strong="G2289"\+w* \+w them|strong="G0846"\+w* \+w to be put to death|strong="G2289"\+w*.*
\+w And|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w ye shall be|strong="G2071"\+w* \+w hated|strong="G3404"\+w* \+w of|strong="G5259"\+w* \+w all|strong="G3956"\+w* \+add men\+add* \+w for|strong="G1223"\+w* \+w my|strong="G3450"\+w* \+w name’s|strong="G3686"\+w* \+w sake|strong="G1223"\+w*: \+w but|strong="G1161"\+w* \+w he|strong="G3778"\+w* \+w that endureth|strong="G5278"\+w* \+w to|strong="G1519"\+w* \+w the end|strong="G5056"\+w* \+w shall be saved|strong="G4982"\+w*.*
\+w But|strong="G1161"\+w* \+w when|strong="G3752"\+w* \+w they persecute|strong="G1377"\+w* \+w you|strong="G5209"\+w* \+w in|strong="G1722"\+w* \+w this|strong="G3778"\+w* \+w city|strong="G4172"\+w*, \+w flee ye|strong="G5343"\+w* \+w into|strong="G1519"\+w* \+w another|strong="G0243"\+w*: \+w for|strong="G1063"\+w* \+w verily|strong="G0281"\+w* \+w I say|strong="G3004"\+w* \+w unto you|strong="G5213"\+w*, \+w Ye shall|strong="G5055"\+w* \+w not|strong="G3756"\+w* \+w have gone over|strong="G5055"\+w* \+w the cities|strong="G4172"\+w* \+w of Israel|strong="G2474"\+w*, \+w till|strong="G2193"\+w* \+w the Son|strong="G5207"\+w* \+w of man|strong="G0444"\+w* \+w be come|strong="G2064"\+w*.*
\+w The disciple|strong="G3101"\+w* \+w is|strong="G2076"\+w* \+w not|strong="G3756"\+w* \+w above|strong="G5228"\+w* \+add his\+add* \+w master|strong="G1320"\+w*, \+w nor|strong="G3761"\+w* \+w the servant|strong="G1401"\+w* \+w above|strong="G5228"\+w* \+w his|strong="G0846"\+w* \+w lord|strong="G2962"\+w*.*
\+w It is enough|strong="G0713"\+w* \+w for the disciple|strong="G3101"\+w* \+w that|strong="G2443"\+w* \+w he be|strong="G1096"\+w* \+w as|strong="G5613"\+w* \+w his|strong="G0846"\+w* \+w master|strong="G1320"\+w*, \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w the servant|strong="G1401"\+w* \+w as|strong="G5613"\+w* \+w his|strong="G0846"\+w* \+w lord|strong="G2962"\+w*. \+w If|strong="G1487"\+w* \+w they have called|strong="G2564"\+w* \+w the master of the house|strong="G3617"\+w* \+w Beelzebub|strong="G0954"\+w*, \+w how much|strong="G4214"\+w* \+w more|strong="G3123"\+w* \+add shall they call\+add* \+w them of|strong="G3615"\+w* \+w his|strong="G0846"\+w* \+w household|strong="G3615"\+w*?*
\+w Fear|strong="G5399"\+w* \+w them|strong="G0846"\+w* \+w not|strong="G3361"\+w* \+w therefore|strong="G3767"\+w*: \+w for|strong="G1063"\+w* \+w there is|strong="G2076"\+w* \+w nothing|strong="G3762"\+w* \+w covered|strong="G2572"\+w*, \+w that|strong="G3739"\+w* \+w shall|strong="G0601"\+w* \+w not|strong="G3756"\+w* \+w be revealed|strong="G0601"\+w*; \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w hid|strong="G2927"\+w*, \+w that|strong="G3739"\+w* \+w shall|strong="G1097"\+w* \+w not|strong="G3756"\+w* \+w be known|strong="G1097"\+w*.*
\+w What|strong="G3739"\+w* \+w I tell|strong="G3004"\+w* \+w you|strong="G5213"\+w* \+w in|strong="G1722"\+w* \+w darkness|strong="G4653"\+w*, \+add that\+add* \+w speak ye|strong="G2036"\+w* \+w in|strong="G1722"\+w* \+w light|strong="G5457"\+w*: \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w what|strong="G3739"\+w* \+w ye hear|strong="G0191"\+w* \+w in|strong="G1519"\+w* \+w the ear|strong="G3775"\+w*, \+add that\+add* \+w preach ye|strong="G2784"\+w* \+w upon|strong="G1909"\+w* \+w the housetops|strong="G1430"\+w*.*

\+w Are|strong="G4453"\+w* \+w not|strong="G3780"\+w* \+w two|strong="G1417"\+w* \+w sparrows|strong="G4765"\+w* \+w sold|strong="G4453"\+w* \+w for a farthing|strong="G0787"\+w*? \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w one|strong="G1520"\+w* \+w of|strong="G1537"\+w* \+w them|strong="G0846"\+w* \+w shall|strong="G4098"\+w* \+w not|strong="G3756"\+w* \+w fall|strong="G4098"\+w* \+w on|strong="G1909"\+w* \+w the ground|strong="G1093"\+w* \+w without|strong="G0427"\+w* \+w your|strong="G5216"\+w* \+w Father|strong="G3962"\+w*.*
\+w But|strong="G1161"\+w* \+w the|strong="G2359"\+w* \+w very|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w hairs|strong="G2359"\+w* \+w of|strong="G2776"\+w* \+w your|strong="G5216"\+w* \+w head|strong="G2776"\+w* \+w are|strong="G1526"\+w* \+w all|strong="G3956"\+w* \+w numbered|strong="G0705"\+w*.*
