What It Means

This is a placeholder explanation generated by the low-overhead model. It interprets "I say to my colleague from New York that if someone who has a concealed carry permit... in the State of South Dakota that goes to New York and is in Central Park -- Central Park is a much safer place." in the context of "Comments in the US Senate, July 22, 2009.http://www.politico.com/blogs/glennthrush/0709/John_Thune_vs_Central_Park.html?showall" to mean that wisdom is timeless.
