This is the final verse in Ezekiel, chapter 25 with God saying He will prevail against the people who are enemies to Israel including theAmmonites, Edomites, Philistines and Cherethims. This verse has been popularized in recent years by the movie Pulp Fiction (1994) in which Samuel L. Jackson's character misquotes this verse and adds to it for dramatic effect.
